Job Description
The Translation and Editing Services Coordinator is responsible for translation of documents and coordinating external translation resources, as well as keeping documents up to the company standards of edition, ensuring an outstanding level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Translation
•To translate into French a range of texts of varying complexity and variety being either internal communications (for various departments: Human Resources, Health and Safety, Location Managing Director and Country Managing Director Offices, Marketing and Communications, Information Technology, Recruitment, Training) or client communications (where capacity exists and dependent upon nature of content).
•To liaise with preferred external translation suppliers where required.
To review work carried out by external translators/agencies or internal employees where required.
•To coordinate translation and proofing requests, coming through a centralized application workflow, ensuring accuracy in all works and delivery within the timeline and the cost agreed.
•To provide linguistic advice and conduct terminological research in keeping with Accenture lexicon and standards.
•To estimate budgets for large-scale translation projects.
•To maintain best practices databases and terminology gossaries.
•To assist with OLF certification matters.

Editing
•To work with the team that provides professional graphic design services to Accenture people and their client.
•To have basic ability to edit MS Office documents based on existing Accenture templates, with the ability to edit simple graphic elements
•To advise project team on issues related to the work
•To understand and execute the guidelines and policies of the Accenture Brand

General
•To maintain open dialogue with customers to understand expectations
•To appraise supervisor or leader on status of work in progress and workload
•To accurately track time to projects on a daily basis
