Job Title : Manager (English Writer), Corporate Communications

Name and description of the hiring department:
The Corporate Communications team is seeking one manager to support internal and executive communications, primarily by writing and revising a wide range of internal documents including:

–       News articles for corporate intranet and newsletter
–       Corporate and executive email messages
–       Speeches, letters and presentations

Job Duties/Accountabilities :
Additional responsibilities:

–       Assist with coordination of weekly newsletter and intranet
–       Prepare and execute internal communication plans for various projects
–       Work with business units to align communications with corporate messaging/strategy
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
–       Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English with extraordinary attention to detail
–       Ability to understand spoken and written French
–       University degree in English, journalism, communications, public relations or related field
–       2 to 5 years experience in communications
–       Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

–       Bilingual, ability to write in French
–       Experience writing for a large company
–       Knowledge of telecommunications industry
